Main Job Description/Mission:
* Modify/design the Customer products to suit the project required standard and local supplier's ability and also to save manufacturing costs;* Preparing drawings and parts lists for each customer project;* Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements * Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.) * Ensure the quality of Customer' s product and service to meet the customer request and the best cost performance requirements based on Etteplan or Customer policy;* Provide after sales service and maintenance checks during warranty and beyond;* Good communication with both Customer and internal Etteplan personnel;* Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design/characterization standard operating procedures;
Key Requirement:Experience Requirements* Be skillful with Catia software, especially generative shape design(GSD) module;
* Have project design experiences with Catia GSD module, it’s better in automotive plastic components area;
* Have solid knowledge of structure design and interfaces analysis in moving-part design;
* Have related knowledge of plastic injection mold, like ejection;·
Education requirements* Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Language Requirement:* Good command of English.
Personality Requirements* Team player, good interaction skills* Sense of urgency* High level of drive and an open-minded personality* Customer oriented attitude
Preferred knowledge and skills:* Proficient in 2D Auto CAD, 3D catia.* Understanding and interest in customer applications* Analytical problem solving skills* Ability to question the way we do things in order to find a better way.
